You can apply for a Name Change if...

1.	You have lived in Clark County, Nevada for at least 6 weeks before you file the Petition and you plan to live in Clark County, Nevada after the Petition is filed.
2.	You are at least 18 years old.
3.	You have not been convicted of a felony. (If you have been convicted of a felony, you should consult an attorney to see what steps should be taken to ask the Court to change your name.)
4.	You are not changing your name to avoid creditors or to defraud someone.

Fees:
* Full service includes: preparing documents, filing them at Court, sending them for publication, etc. You only need to sign the Petition in front of a Notary. We will take of the rest for you.
